F1040-065-04 e-file error
At least one of the following must have a non-zero value on Form 1040: 'TotalIncomeAmt' or 'AdjustedGrossIncomeAmt' or 'TaxAmt' or 'TotalTaxBeforeCrAndOthTaxesAmt' or 'TotalCreditsAmt' or 'TotalTaxAmt' or 'TotalPaymentsAmt'.
You'll get this error if the return doesn't include income, adjusted gross income, tax amount, or credits.
Solution
If the return doesn't have income, adjusted gross income, tax amount, or credits, or tax amount on Form 1040, then you need to file it on paper.
