F1116-013 e-file error
If for any country in Form 1116, Line 3b 'OtherDeductionsNotRelatedAmt' has a non-zero value, then [OtherDeductionsNotRelatedStatement] must be attached to Line 3b. (value, rule F1116-013)
This error happens when entering Form 1116 information directly to a K-1 activity.
Solution
- Remove the data entered on the 1116 screen in the K-1 folder.
- Enter it on the 1116 screen in the Credits folder.
- Enter data in theDefinitely related expensesstatement, including the description of the expense and the amount to resolve this error.
- Recreate and retransmit the return.
