F1310-010 e-file error

Form 1310, Part II, Line 2b 'RepresentativeToBeAppointedInd' must have a choice of "No" indicated.
If you answered
Yes
 on Line 2b of Form 1310, you'll need to file the return on paper. The IRS only allows an answer of
No
.

Solution

  1. Go to the 1310 screen in the General folder.
  2. Review the
    If no, personal representative will be appointed
     field.
  3. If the answer is
    1 - Yes
    , you need to file the return on paper.
