If Form 1310, 'RefundClaimWithProofOfDeathGrp' has a value, 'PaymentAccordingToStateLawInd' must have a choice of "Yes" indicated.

Per the IRS, you need to enter Yes
on Line 3 of Form 1310 to e-file the return.

Go to the 1310 screen in the General folder.

Review the Refund paid out according to laws of state where decedent was a legal resident
field.

If the answer is 2 - No
, you need to file the return on paper.
