FW2-012 e-file error
In 'EmployersUseGrp' on Form W-2, if one of the following has a value, then the other must also have a value: 'EmployersUseCd' and 'EmployersUseAmt'.
This error happens when the W-2 Box 12 information entered doesn't match IRS database or is incorrectly formatted.
Solution
Double-check all letters and numbers in Box 12 against your W-2 form and reenter.
If no amount exists, delete the entire line.
If the data is correct, you may need to file the return on paper.
