If 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header has the value "Self-Select Practitioner" and 'PrimarySignaturePIN' has a value, then 'PrimaryBirthDt' must have a value. (rule IND-023-01)
Solution
- Go to thePINscreen, in theElectronic Filingfolder.
- Check thePrior Year PINandPrior Year AGI.
- Re-create and retransmit the return.

Prior Year PIN
and Prior Year AGI
