The year of 'PrimaryDeathDt' must not be less than 'TaxYr' in the Return Header. (rule IND-033-02).

You'll get this error if the Date of death
for the taxpayer is before the current tax year.

Go to the

1040

screen, in the General
folder.

Check the
Date of Death
.

If incorrect, correct it, then re-create and retransmit the return.

If correct, you'll need to paper file this return.
