IND-152 e-file error
If Form 5405 is present in the return, then the sum of all Forms 5405, 'FirstTimeHmByrRepaymentAmt' must be equal to 'FirstTimeHmByrRepaymentAmt' in the return.
Solution
Verify there aren't any forms forced to print within the client nor any overrides on Form 5405.
- Right-click and selectSwitch to Formto use Form view.
- Verify that there aren't any red lines within the yellow folders.noteIf there are red lines, then that's an indication that the form has been forced to print.
- To remove the force, select the form, thenEdit,Overrides, andForce Form To Print.
- Remove overrides from Form 5405, line 8 and Form 1040, Schedule 4, line 60b.
