IND-665-02 e-file error
Database Validation Error: /Return/ReturnHeader/PINTypeCd: If the Primary SSN appears more than once in the e-File database, then 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header must not have the value "Self-Select Practitioner". (value Self-Select Practitioner, rule IND-665-02)
Solution
You'll need to use a Practitioner PIN to file the return electronically. If the taxpayer can't use the self-select PIN method, you'll need to file the return on paper.
