IND-901 e-file error
Database Validation Error: /Return/ReturnHeader/Filer/PrimarySSN: The Primary SSN in the Return Header has been locked because Social Security Administration records indicate the number belongs to a deceased individual. (value #########, rule IND-901)
You'll get this error if the IRS e-file database lists this SSN as belonging to a deceased person.
Solution
File the return on paper with Form 8948, using rule IND-901.
