R0000-902-01 e-file error
Taxpayer TIN in the Return Header must not be the same as a TIN of a previously accepted electronic return for the return type and tax period indicated in the tax return. (value #########, rule R0000-902-01)

The value represents the taxpayer SSN causing the rejection.
You'll get this error message if the SSN was used on another accepted return according to the IRS e-File database.
Solution
- Go to the General folder.
- Select the1040screen.
- Make sure theSSNfield is correct.
- Correct any typos or incorrect information, then re-create and retransmit the e-file.
- If you entered the correct SSN, you'll need to file the return on paper with Form 8948. You can contact the IRS Identity Protection Unit at 800.908.4490.
