SD-F1040-011 e-file error
Schedule D (Form 1040), Line 10(h) 'TotalGainOrLossAmt' must be equal to the attached Form 8949, Part II, Line 2(h) 'TotalGainOrLossAmt' with checkbox F 'TransactionsNotRptedOn1099BInd' checked. (rule SD-F1040-011)
Schedule D, line 10(h) needs to match Form 8949, Part II, line 2(h) if you mark Checkbox F on Form 8949.
Solution
Check the following:
- Overrides
- Verify there aren't any overrides within the return, Schedule D, and on Form 8949.
- Data entry
- Go to theIncome inputfolder.
- Select theB&Dscreen.
- Check for missing or incorrect information on this screen. Once the return is ready you can re-create and resubmit the e-file.
