SH-F1040-003 e-file error
Schedule H (Form 1040), 'EmployerEIN' must not be equal to the 'PrimarySSN' or the 'SpouseSSN' in the Return Header. (rule SH-F1040-003)
The EIN on Schedule H can't match either the taxpayer or the spouse SSN.
Solution
- Go to the H screen, in theTaxesfolder.
- Review theEINfield.
- If incorrect, correct it, then recreate and retransmit the return.
- If correct the return will have to be paper filed with Form 8948.
