Follow these steps to enter a shareholder loan repayment amount on Line 40 of the Shareholder Basis Worksheet.

    K1-5
     screen in the
    K1 1065, 1120S
     folder.
  2. Enter the amount in the
    Repayment of loans from shareholders
     field.
