Engagement letter in Web Client Organizer
For Web Client Organizers, the engagement letter isn’t included with the rest of the organizer documents. Instead, the engagement letter is included as an action item.
To locate the engagement letter in the client's portal, go to the
NetClient CS
dashboard, select the client's folder, the Tax Returns
folder, the date, the Actions item
folder, then the Action items
PDF.note
If the
Action items
PDF isn’t listed, go to Setup
, 1040 Individual
, the Organizer
tab, the Other return options
section, and verify that you've selected the Print Individual Engagement Letter
checkbox.
