Print a different name when file instructions print deceased taxpayer name when filing single

When a deceased taxpayer has a filing status of single, UltraTax CS might still print his/her name on the filing instructions.

Do the following to print a different name:

Go to Setup
, 1040 Individual
, then Federal
.

Edit the client documents (transmittal letter, filing instructions, invoice, and others).

Once the print job is complete, edit the client documents again to remove the name.

Internal use only

Add the firm's ID to IT listed earlier that's a suggestion to print the Representative name on the filing instructions.
