Suppress Form 1040-ES from printing and suppress estimate vouchers and instructions
Do the following to suppress the computation of Form 1040-ES Record of Estimated Tax Payments worksheet from printing and to suppress the 1040-ES Vouchers and Filing Instructions from generating:
- Select theEstscreen from thePaymentsfolder.
- In theForm 1040-ES - 2023 declarationfield, enter aCode 7.
- Next to the Code 7 description, mark theSuppress printing of estimate filing instructions with Code 7checkbox to stop the Estimated Tax filing instructions from printing.noteForm 1040-ES will still compute based on current-year liability but won't print and isn't required to be filed. To view the computation of the estimated tax based on current-year liability, go to Forms View and selectView,Display All Forms, the1040ESfolder, then theP2tab.
