Complete Form W-7

Follow these steps to complete and include Form W-7, Application for Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) with your client's return.

Go to the

screen in the Other
folder.

Enter data in the fields to complete the form.

Right-click and select Add Unit
to add another

screen. Use a separate

screen for each person needing an ITIN.

To indicate that Form W7 is attached to the return, go to the 1040 screen in the General
folder and enter

in the SSN
field.
