FinCEN Form 114 (FBAR) doesn’t generate
Scenario
You may find that the FINCEN Form 114 (FBAR) doesn’t print or that you can't print the e-file.
Solution
- Go to the114screen in the Foreign Bank and Asset folder.
- Clear theFinCEN Form 114 has already been filedcheckbox.noteThis checkbox is marked when you e-file the FinCEN Form 114 through UltraTax CS.
- Clear theAccount owner is filing FinCEN Form 114checkbox.

- You can also try going to theELFscreen in the Electronic Filing Folder and mark the checkboxes to suppress creation of Federal and State electronic files.
- You can't populate the FinCEN 114 form if you haven't made a selection inInformation reported for financial accountin the Form 114 — Report of Foreign Bank Account (FBAR) section of theFrgnAcctscreen.
