Form 1095-A data entry
To enter Form 1095-A information you can either use the UltraTax CS Source Data Entry utility or use the 1095-A section of the
1095A
screen. The fields in this section are similar to the form. You can find the 1095A
screen in the Health Care folder.Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are no longer required and no additional data entry is necessary.
