Print blank Form 1040-ES and filing instructions

Follow these steps to print blank estimate vouchers.
  1. Go to the
    Est
     screen in the
    Payments
     folder and select
    Code 4
     from the
    Form 1040-ES - 2023 declaration
     dropdown menu. When you select this code, the estimate vouchers print without amounts, and the estimate filing instructions won't print.
  2. Select the
    Print estimate filing instructions with blank amounts with Code 4
     field to print the estimate filing instructions as if the estimates were calculated. The filing instructions will print with blank amount fields.
