Sale of second home

Follow this procedure to enter the sale of a 2nd home. This applies when the 2nd home was only for personal use, such as a vacation home.
  1. Go to the
    B&D
     screen in the
    Income
     folder.
  2. Enter the sale in the
    Schedule for detail
    statement.
