Form RRB-1099-R data entry
To enter information from Form RRB-1099-R, issued by the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB), you can either:
- Use UltraTax CS Source Data Entry.
- Use the following table to find where to enter the information.

- When you enter information for Form RRB-1099-R, also do the following: In the1099Rscreen (located in theRetirementfolder), enterXin theForm RRB-1099-Rcheckbox, which is located on the right side of the 1099R Pension/Annuity section.
- If there are no Box 3 – Employee Contributions, enter the Box 7 – Total Gross Paid amount in both theBox 1 Gross distributionandBox 2a Taxable amountfields in the1099Rscreen.
