Form SSA-1099 data entry

To enter information from Form SSA-1099, Social Security Benefit Statement, you can either:

Use Source Data Entry.

Use the following table to find where to enter the information.

Form field	Folder Screen	Field
Box 1 - Name	Retirement SSA-1099	Code the screen unit to T or S to indicate if the Beneficiary is the Taxpayer or the Spouse.
Box 2 - Beneficiary's SSN	Retirement SSA-1099	The application uses the SSN from the General screen when you select T or S.
