Print City Rate Information dialog

Use this dialog to print a report listing all of the taxing municipalities for Pennsylvania, Ohio, and selected Ohio city rates data.
To open this dialog for Ohio, choose Setup and then 1040 Individual, select the Ohio Cities tab, select the Rates button, then select the Print button.
To open this dialog for Pennsylvania, choose Setup and then 1040 Individual, select the Pennsylvania tab, select the Local Cities button, then select the Print button.
note
  • Depending on your security configuration, you might be prompted to enter the master password before you can open an entity type tab.
  • The Ohio Cities tab only appears if you are licensed for UltraTax CS/1120-OH Cities, UltraTax CS/1065-OH Cities, or UltraTax CS/1040-OH Cities and have it installed.

Items to Print
Mark the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to appear in the report.

  • For Ohio cities, mark the checkboxes for the following items to create a quick-reference guide:
    Code
    ,
    City Name
    ,
    Region
    ,
    Tax Rate
    ,
    Next Year's Tax Rate
    ,
    Credit Limit
    , and
    Tax Credit
    .
  • For Pennsylvania cities, mark the checkboxes for the following items to create a quick-reference guide:
    Code
    ,
    PSD Code
    ,
    Municipality Name
    , and
    School District Name
     and Sort By
    PSD Code
    .
Sort By City
For Ohio Cities:
Select one of the following options in the Sort by City group box to sort the results:
  • Code:
     Sorts alphabetically by the three-character city code.
  • Name:
     Sorts alphabetically by the city / jurisdiction name.
  • Region:
     Sorts by the city region then alphabetically by the city name.
For Pennsylvania Cities:
Select one of the following options in the Sort by group box to sort the results:
  • Code:
     Sorts alphabetically by the three-character number city code.
  • PSD Code:
     Sorts numerically by the Political Subdivision Code.
  • School District:
     Sorts alphabetically by the school district name.
  • Municipality:
     Sorts alphabetically by the municipality name.
Select All
Select this button to select all items in the Items to Print list.
