Form 4136 - Computation of Credit for Federal Tax on Fuels
Gallons / Type of Use
Enter the number of gallons of fuel in each rate category field. The application doesn't handle fractional amounts, so enter only whole gallons. Using the fieldviews, you can select a type of nontaxable use of alternative fuel and other nontaxable use. This number reports on Form 4136.
