Form 8332 - Release of Information for Exemption Claim

Information for up to six children can be entered in an input screen. A separate Form 8332 will be created for each child's information that is entered. A second unit of the input screen can be added to accommodate up to 12 children.

Enter the date the custodial parent signed Form 8332. This field is required to e-file a return that includes Form 8332. The date entered is used for electronic filing purposes only.
