Enter an employee identification number if this field is blank. This field is also used to change the displayed EIN.

Enter the Secretary of state file number in the column next to state use code

This section is used to complete Part B, Page 2 of Form PPT or BPT-IN.
30% federal taxable income apportioned to Alabama (Force)
Use this field to force the deduction for Form PPT. For initial privilege tax returns, Form BPT-IN, enter the amount of 30 percent of federal taxable income apportioned to Alabama.
Enterprise zone credit
Enter the amount of Alabama Enterprise Zone Credit to which the taxpayer is entitled.
Federal taxable income (Force)
Enter the amount of federal taxable income in this field to replace the amount calculated by UltraTax CS.
