A resident return includes all income regardless of how you've entered the ZIP Code.

Nonresident and part-year returns

Nonresident and part-year resident returns only report items with that state's ZIP Code.

Amounts with blank ZIP Codes

Amounts with blank ZIP Codes only transfer to resident UltraTax CS states for that client.
