If an Arizona return includes a form or schedule not on this list, it doesn't always prevent the return from filing electronically, even though the form is omitted from the electronic record. You'll get a diagnostic message or e-file error for returns that you can't file electronically.
The Arizona DOR doesn't support electronic filing for the following scenarios:
- Form 140ES
- State-only returns for a federal return that wasn't filed electronically
