Overview
Use this screen to enter acts authorized or deleted, and tax matters information for completing the state power of attorney. If you complete the federal POA screen, UltraTax CS transfers the federal representative data from the federal POA screen to this screen. You can change the transferred data if you need to. Maryland Form 548 uses entries from this screen. The Maryland Form 548 also prints even if federal Form 8821 is used instead.
You need to enter state-specific information in the Tax Matters Information section of this screen to print the Maryland Power of Attorney.

) to indicate the person(s) for whom the power of attorney applies. UltraTax CS defaults to the federal power of attorney choice if you don't make another selection.Other designation, representative #1 / #2
Leave the designation field blank and enter the other designation description in the statement window.
