Interest and penalty calculation on amended return
UltraTax CS doesn't calculate the interest and penalties on an amended return. You'll need to calculate and enter the interest and any penalties on the
MIAmend
screen in the Separate Filings
folder.You can use the Department of Treasury calculator to estimate the penalties and interest.
