Other health insurance premiums not deducted elsewhere
Use this field to report any health insurance premiums you feel were not accounted for already by UltraTax's calculations.

Itemized Deductions

Standard or itemized deduction (Force)
UltraTax CS calculates the standard or itemized deduction for MO-1040 based on the federal return. If you took the standard deduction on the federal return, it's used on the MO-1040. If you itemized on the federal return, UltraTax CS selects the larger amount from the itemized or standard deduction for the MO-1040.
If you were
required
to itemize, then you aren't eligible to take the standard deduction on your Missouri return; you need to itemize. Use this field to force the type of deduction.
Railroad retirement tax withholding, Tier I / Tier II (Force)
UltraTax CS calculates the Tier I and Tier II railroad retirement tax adjustments from federal W2 Box 14 entries. Enter amounts in these fields if they're different from the calculated amounts.
RRTA Medicare
Amounts entered in federal W2 Box 6 are considered Medicare withholding associated with Social Security. Enter the amount of Medicare withholding that's associated with railroad retirement. The amount you enter reduces the amount of Medicare withholding associated with Social Security.
Cultural contributions
Enter the amount of approved cultural contributions that aren't included in federal itemized deductions.
Kansas City and St. Louis tax (Force)
Kansas City and St. Louis income taxes included in the federal Schedule A state and local taxes automatically transfer to Form MO-A. Enter an amount if it's different from the calculated amount.
