Failure to pay (FTP) penalty not on Late Worksheet
UltraTax CS doesn't compute the failure to pay (FTP) penalty. The FTP is a discretionary penalty and is imposed by New Jersey on a situational basis. New Jersey has advised us not to calculate this penalty, as the Division will make the final determination as to whether or not to assess the penalty.
