Overview
To claim the credit for taxes paid to other states or countries, create 1 unit of this screen for each other state or country to which taxes were paid. For resident returns, this screen is automatically completed with data from the nonresident returns attached. Add units and use the force fields as needed for part-year returns, foreign tax credits, and returns prepared for states not attached to this return. The credit is calculated on the Form D-400TC when there's a single other state or country generating the credit. Multiple other states or countries are calculated on separate worksheets and only the total is included on the form.
