Reciprocal agreements
Pennsylvania has reciprocity agreements with Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia. When you attach a nonresident Pennsylvania return along with a reciprocal resident state, wages aren't included on the nonresident Pennsylvania return.
To indicate a resident reciprocal state is attached, go the PANRPY screen and mark the state in the Reciprocal State Information section.
