Use this screen to enter information to complete Form PA-40 Schedule W, Employment Incentive Payment Credit.
General Information
Unit / Form
Use these fields to specify to which Schedule C or Schedule F the employment incentive payment is applicable. The amount on Schedule W, line 16, transfers to the proper activity (based on the specified unit number) of either Schedule C, line 36, or Schedule F, line 39.
Employment incentive payments credit carryover
Enter any carryover amounts from the previous years. UltraTax CS first applies the credit from the oldest year leading up to the current year.
