has information entered and the State postal code
is PA
. The minimum supplemental information that's required on this screen to pass the electronic file error check is the payer name.UltraTax CS automatically includes detail from Forms W-2, W-2G, and 1099-R in the electronic record based on data entry on the federal W2, W2G, or 1099R screens. UltraTax/1040-PA displays critical diagnostics when required information is missing from the federal screens. Withholding detail from Forms W-2, W-2G, and 1099-R isn't displayed on this screen.
