F1041-037 e-file error
If Form 1041, Line 25a 'EstimatedTaxPaymentsAmt' has a non-zero value, then Line 26 'TotalPaymentsAmt' must have a non-zero value.
This error happens when you allocate 100% of the estimated tax payments to the beneficiaries.
Solution
This scenario is a limitation of the IRS e-file database. You'll need to paper file the return.
