F1041-051 e-file error
If Form 1041, Schedule G, Line 6 'HouseholdEmploymentTaxAmt' has a non-zero value, then Schedule H (Form 1040) must be attached to Line 6.
This happens when household employment taxes are calculating and Schedule H is missing.
Solution
If household employment taxes are calculating on Form 1041, Schedule G, line 6, you must complete Schedule H in the Non Calculating folder.
