If you've answered yes on
May the IRS discuss this return with the preparer shown below?
on Form 1041, Page 1 you must provide a preparer/firm phone number. - Choose Setup, then System Configuration.
- Add the firm's phone number to the Phone column.
OR
- Open the return and go to the general folder.
- On the 1041 screen, remove the code in theIRS may discuss return with preparerfield.
