Capital losses are not reported on Schedule K-1, lines 3 and 4 because the form instructions say to only report positive amounts on Schedule K-1, lines 1 through 8.
If capital losses are allocated to the beneficiary, those losses are reported on Schedule K-1, line 11, box B or C.
