Enter entirely discretionary distributions
For distributions made at the discretion of the fiduciary, follow these steps to enter the necessary data to calculate the beneficiary distributions and Form 1041, Schedule B.
- Go to theAllocationfolder and select theAllocatetab.
- EnterXin theEntire amount to be distributed is discretionaryfield in the Beneficiary Allocation Options section. This causes the distributions entered inView,Beneficiaryto print on Form 1041, Schedule B, line 10, rather than on line 9.
