. You can designate special allocations in the Beneficiary Information section.note
If you use special allocation:
- Schedule 3, Page 3 of Form MI-1041 will be blank. However, the fiduciary adjustment amount calculates and transfers to page 1.
- Schedule 2 will calculate and show the names and addresses of the beneficiaries.
