Schedule 2, Income to beneficiaries, won’t complete when you mark the
Mark to use special allocations for beneficiary distributions
checkbox on the NYGen screen. The special allocation calculation doesn’t use the percentage of DNI (distributable net income) and the state regulations indicate that it should not calculate. The state source income amounts will appear on the Schedule K-1 equivalents.
