Part-year resident returns
Form 41 calculates resident, nonresident, and part-year resident trusts. To generate a part-year resident return, enter residency dates on the ORGen screen.
For a party-year resident trust, OR source income is presented on Form 41 and all income is presented on Schedule P. The Oregon taxable income from Form 41, line 7 is used on Schedule P to determine the percentage applied to the total tax liability.
