Section 1202
An adjustment for Section 1202 exclusion isn't allowed. The full amount of gain from the sale is taxable to residents. Because 1202 gain is intangible, it isn't taxed for nonresidents.
Wash sale
Wash sales are treated as 2 separate transactions. Pennsylvania doesn't limit the loss in a wash sale.
