Create custom paragraphs by selecting Setup, 1041 Fiduciary, Vermont tab, then Filing Instructions, Instructions Insert, or Letter Insert, then select the Custom Paragraphs tab. If you selected a custom paragraph globally, it does not appear in the list of paragraphs available.

Create election statements by selecting Setup, 1041 Fiduciary, Vermont tab, then Tax Elections. UltraTax CS provides a blank election statement which you can customize, as many times as necessary, for specific needs.
