An identification number is missing on Form 5471.

Review the following in order to resolve this rejection:

Go to the 5471 input folder.

Open the 5471 Screen.

Complete either an Employer Identification Number
(EIN) or a Reference ID number
fields.

If you are using ForeignUS or Applied For as the EIN, you must also provide a Reference ID number, which is a self-selected number.
