- Open the 8621 Screen.
- Complete theEmployer identification number (if any)field or theReference ID number (see instructions)field.note
- If using aReference ID number, enter Applied For or ForeignUS in theEmployer identification number (if any)field.
- After entering the correct identifying numbers, recreate and resubmit the electronic file.
